Annie

I was travelling to Canada for the first time in several years to visit family. While in Ottawa, I joined a small Meetup outing to do a maternity shoot with fitness model, Annie Lemay. It was a beautiful warm evening along the Ottawa river. The sun was gorgeous; there was just enough cloud in the sky to give it texture; and the gentle breeze was just enough to add some movement to Annie’s hair and dress. 

We did several setups including a mermaid outfit. The river was filled with canoeists and paddleboarders, but we managed to work around them. The images looked pretty good straight out of the camera. Only a few of these images are edited to any significant degree. Most are simply cropped and have a small light adjustment. There are a handful of BTS shots at the end of the gallery.
