Jordan

I’m mostly a studio photographer. I’m not at all comfortable shooting in natural light and need to get outside more. So I was delighted when my assistant asked me to come along with her to do this shoot with Jordan. She was a little nervous in front of the camera, but she performed brilliantly. She’s a natural beauty and she booked this shoot to celebrate her graduation from college and her becoming a contributing member of society. 🙂 

This is a rare shoot in that I used no flash at all. I like to have control over my light and almost always bring some type of light source with me when shooting outdoors. But this time I left it all in the car as a challenge to myself. It was a cloudy morning with the sun breaking through the once and a while. So the light was all over the place, but generally pretty flat.
