Zen Garden

I was fortunate to have the opportunity to shoot at a private residence with three art models. It was a small group shoot organized by Rick Cummings of Body Forms Photography. It was a challenging shoot. It was an overcast evening with occasional drizzle. The models were freezing. The shoot was paparazzi style, so I had to adjust my framing to keep the other photographers out of the shots. But the reality is that almost all shoots are done in less-than-ideal conditions, and you need to approach the task with a creative mindset. One of my beliefs is that “Limitations fuel creativity.” So, this shoot was an opportunity to embrace that philosophy.

And lastly, a few behind-the-scenes pics to show that we never take our art too seriously. Creating art should be a joyous and fun experience.
